Willem Moberly

Willem is full of energy and loves to laugh wholeheartedly and smile so big. He loves being around people and sometimes just watching other kids play. And he has a keen sense of smell. Being autistic and is still quite nonverbal, it becomes so challenging for him to communicate and express the exact things he wants or feels sometimes. He goes through phases I can hardly describe. As his mom, I will always continue to do whatever it takes to help him be the happiest and best version of himself.

Willem loves going on walks in his stroller anywhere. Loves going on a drive. And he loves to run and roam freely in open green grass fields, or by the ocean (we will still need to help him learn to swim). He loves seeing new places. Traveling to new places has never been something he’s upset about. Thank goodness (: He enjoys his small piano that was gifted to him. And he enjoys eating simple plain foods (:

We all have debts and financial struggles to sustain our families in todays economy. Winning $25,000 will really help us in many ways. We would put that towards providing Willem with a more spacious place in the near future & play equipments he’ll love, to have a golden retriever as an additional family member (: He has been showing great fondness for dogs. Willem would also be able to attend a private school for the very first time, and we would be able to broaden our resources for his needs.
