Asher

He is one tough cookie! He never lost his sweet smile and cheerful disposition while undergoing his chemotherapy treatments, making him a favorite among his nurses! He is a fast learner and loves to do everything himself. He loves being daring and adventurous. He’s extremely friendly and social, everywhere we go Asher is waving “hi” to everyone he sees. He loves to make silly voices and faces, and making people laugh. Asher is a very happy boy full of lots of energy!

Dancing any time he hears music, running around, climbing, eating (he hasn’t found a food he doesn’t like), getting books read to him, playing outside, swimming, riding in Daddy’s backpack on long walks, going to zoo’s and children’s museums, he loves attention, and is super playful and energetic.

It will raise awareness for a rare form of childhood cancer called retinoblastoma. At 8 mo old Asher started intra-arterial chemotherapy treatments. It would help with his hospital bills and expenses driving him across the country to his under anesthesia eye exams with his cancer specialist. The appts are monthly for the next 4 years, and yearly for the next 20 years, due to him being at such a high risk. It will help start a college fund for him, he loves learning and is so smart!
