The doctors gave her a 10% chance that she could survive. She fought so hard to stay and that already makes her a winner and a triumphant. Catalina is a very observant baby, she analyzes everything around her, she is very happy and intelligent, she is currently receiving physical therapy and other therapy, she has made a lot of progress, all her development is thanks to the good doctors that God put in her path and the immense love she receives from us at home every day.
What are Catalina's favorite activities? She loves to go for a walk in her car in the afternoon, playing with her stimulation toys, all this time avoiding her watching the screen, and what she loves most is eating, she loves fruit.
How would $25,000 impact your family? It would help us a lot because I haven't been able to work this whole year that I've been taking care of her. Catalina's father has been the main pillar of the house so I can be 100% with her. After she left the hospital, I had to take her to the doctors four times a week. She's currently undergoing retinal checkups because they've said there's a chance she'll have to undergo surgery.
