Kylie is the happiest baby you will ever meet, despite all she has been through. She attends multiple therapies and doctor appointments each week and she loves to trick her therapist by pretending she is sleeping when she doesn’t want to do therapy. We all get a good laugh out of it. We travel the 26 hours to Texas every three months for biopsies and to see our transplant team, Kylie hates sitting still in the car but once she is out then she is ready to make others smile.
What are Kylie's favorite activities?Kylie loves Ms Rachel and playing with her siblings. We recently found out Kylie is in two types of rejection of her donor lungs so she spends a lot of time at the hospital getting treatments (if we are not able to stop the rejection then she will need another transplant) but she makes the best of it by playing with all the nurses.
How would $25,000 impact your family?We would love to use this money to help start up the Kylie foundation to help other families who are struggling with medical needs. The Kylie foundation would give grants, gifts etc to medical families who are currently in the hospital and need financial help.
