Maddox is a little ray of sunshine, especially in the mornings. He’s always eager to be the first one up; ready to start the day. His paci is never far from reach, and his older sisters are always close by, cheering him on. Maddox’s personality shines through his determination and gentle spirit; whether it’s working hard during his PT and OT exercises. He reminds us daily just how strong and resilient he is. Maddox embodies hope, strength, and love, qualities that inspire everyone who meets him.

What are Maddox's favorite activities?

Maddox loves spending time growing and learning at his therapy appointments. At home, he proudly shows off his strength during tummy time and never gives up, no matter how hard it gets. He lights up with smiles whenever we’re outside, whether it’s soaking up fresh air, splashing around with his cousins in the pool, or simply being near his two big sisters. Maddox is happiest when surrounded by family.

How would $25,000 impact your family?

We won’t fully know how Maddox’s disability will affect him as he gets older, so our priority is to give him the best start possible. That includes frequent physical therapy, occupational therapy, and specialist visits — many of which are not fully covered by insurance. As a family of five with two teacher incomes, the financial burden of hospital stays and ongoing medical expenses can be overwhelming. It would allow us to focus on what matters most: helping Maddox reach his fullest potential.
