Fiona Less

Fiona is the kind of little girl who makes everyone smile. She is social, loving, curious, observant, silly, and determined. She’ll do something just to make us laugh, then flash that huge smile like she knows exactly what she did. She happily plays on her own, chatting with her baby dolls and stuffed animals like they’re having the most important conversation. She has a gentle, affectionate side too, especially when she wants a cuddle with Mama. She truly brings so much joy wherever she goes.

Fiona is happiest with a book in her hands. The second she wakes up, she points to her bookshelf and makes a beeline for it. She loves her toys, especially her stuffed beaver, Bucce. Music is another love. If a beat drops, her hands go straight in the air and the bouncing begins! She loves bath time and splashes like a little seal. But her favorite companion may be her Golden Retriever, Huckleberry. Those two are inseparable, and everything he does makes her giggle.

If we won $25,000, we’d put some toward Fiona’s education and savings, but also set some aside for something she can dream up and bring to life—whether that’s creating a product to make and sell or planning an adventure where she chooses the details. We want to raise a hardworking go-getter who believes she can make things happen. We’d also give part of the money to children who haven’t had these opportunities, so Fiona learns that success is sweetest when you use it to help someone else.
